Caregivers Wellness Workshop

I’m honored to be leading a Caregiver Wellness Workshop at Oakland Kids Rehabilitation in Oak Park, Michigan. Originally created for the families they serve, they were gracious enough to open this session to the public.

Join us on Sunday, September 7 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a mindful reset designed especially for parents and caregivers.

This gentle, restorative workshop includes light yoga, guided breathwork, and mindfulness practices to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect. All experience levels are welcome, and a yoga or exercise mat is recommended.
