Start your Saturday morning with a warm cup of coffee, a little grounding meditation, and a deep exhale — because this workshop is all about tapping into your joy and letting creativity flow.
What is intuitive painting?
It’s the practice of painting
without a plan
— guided by feeling, curiosity, music, movement, and energy. No pressure, no perfection — just mark-making, layering, color play, and allowing what wants to emerge to come forward.
This 4-hour experience is about letting go, having fun, and connecting with your authentic creative voice.

– A beautiful
20x20 gallery-wrapped canvas
– All kinds of
paint, brushes, tools, and unique mark-making materials
– Music to move to, space to breathe, and guidance to support your process
– A joyful, judgment-free atmosphere to explore and express
Feel free to bring any favorite materials of your own — but know that I’ll have
plenty of goodies to play with.
Whether you’ve painted before or this is your very first time, this workshop is about YOU — your energy, your joy, your marks.
