🗓 Join us at THE PARK DISTRICT (main building) on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th, 2025. TIME 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

🏀 SIGN UP your player(s). If you'd like to COACH, be sure to fill out the BACKGROUND CHECK while you're there!

🤝 Meet the BOARD including NEW BOARD MEMBERS!

🚫 Can't make it to in person registration? Simply stop by the PARK DISTRICT MAIN BUILDING to grab a REGISTRATION FORM or sign up ONLINE.
