**Succulent Pork T-bone from local farms, oven-roasted and served with creamy wholegrain mustard mash, braised cabbage, tenderstem broccoli, and a rich cider gravy.
-Mature Red Leicester & Caramelised Onion Tart (V)
**Flaky tart filled with mature Red Leicester cheese and sweet caramelised onions, served alongside fondant potato, seasonal vegetables, and finished with a luxurious red wine jus.
Dessert
**Chocolate fondant an individual chocolate cake dessert with a soft, cake-like exterior and a warm, gooey, or molten chocolate centre that oozes out when cut into.
