Serving/DS Skills Clinic 9/23

This clinic is designed to strengthen two key parts of the game: serving and defensive specialist skills. Athletes will work on serving fundamentals, focusing on accuracy, power, and consistency, while also exploring advanced options such as jump float and topspin serves. On the defensive side, players will develop the quickness, ball control, and reading skills needed to excel in serve receive and back-row defense.

With a mix of individual reps and live game scenarios, athletes will receive hands-on coaching and feedback to help sharpen their serving game and defensive confidence. Perfect for liberos, DS players, and anyone who wants to become a stronger, more reliable all-around player.
