Horsemanship Clinic with Jackie VanGorkom

Riders will work on advancing horsemanship skills through soft hands, quiet transitions, body control and more. Jackie will work with the whole group, but each rider will get some individual instruction (as needed). This low-key clinic will give you some challenges to work on this fall and winter! Participants must be able to walk and trot safely independently. The ability to lope is a bonus, but it is not required. Jackie would prefer that riders use a snaffle during the clinic, but other bits are not prohibited.

The clinic cost for members is $50. Non-members are $60, and auditors are $15. Parents accompanying a youth or junior rider will not be charged an auditor fee. You must pay to hold a riding spot, and the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the club has to cancel the clinic due to weather, horse-show make-up, or other circumstances. The clinic is limited to 12 riders maximum. Jackie is donating her time and talents. All proceeds will benefit the club.
