Hitting/Blocking Skill Clinic 10/16

This clinic is designed to help front-row players take their game to the next level. Athletes will focus on proper footwork, approach timing, and arm swing mechanics to deliver powerful and accurate attacks. On the defensive side, players will learn blocking fundamentals—reading the hitter, timing their jump, hand positioning, and closing the block—to become a stronger presence at the net.

Through a mix of technical drills and live reps, athletes will gain confidence in both attacking and defending, while receiving individual feedback to fine-tune their skills. Whether you’re an outside, middle, or right-side hitter, this clinic will give you the tools to dominate at the net.
