FULL MOON DUO SOUNDBATH & RELEASE

Warrior Goddess Fitness invites the community to experience the transformative power of the Full Moon each month through a special event that blends sound healing guided meditation and intentional release. The Full Moon Duo Soundbath and Release is designed to help participants let go of stagnant energy reset and realign with their highest selves under the potent energy of the lunar cycle.

Each gathering begins with a Mini Psychic Fair from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm offering opportunities for deeper exploration and connection. Guests can enjoy $15 intuitive readings chair or table massage and vibrational chakra alignment sessions. The Mini Psychic Fair is complimentary for all Soundbath participants. For those who would like to attend the fair without joining the Soundbath there is a $5 entry fee. Attendees are encouraged to bring cash as some practitioners may not offer electronic payment options.

The centerpiece of the evening is the Duo Soundbath and Release facilitated by Christine Wildflower and the Amethyst Empath. Through the use of crystal singing bowls chimes and other sacred instruments participants are guided into a deep meditative state where the body and mind can release tension stress and energetic blocks. A guided release ritual aligned with the Full Moon amplifies the experience helping individuals set intentions for clarity growth and renewal.

This event is open to adults seeking a space for rest reflection and community connection. No prior experience is required and participants are invited to come as they are. Guests may choose to lie down during the soundbath or sit comfortably depending on preference.
