Owl Prowl at Connor Bayou with Ottawa County Parks

Join an Ottawa County Parks naturalist at Connor Bayou on Thursday, October 23, at 6:00 PM for a fascinating look at owls.

After a brief introduction to the resident owls of Ottawa County in the Connor Bayou log cabin, we'll prowl a park at night (red light flashlights will be provided) in search of a Barred Owl. We'll call for them in hopes of catching a glimpse of these mysterious nocturnal creatures or at least hear them calling in reply.

Note: Connor Bayou's trail system contains many steps and stairs, and physical exertion is necessary. Registration and a Physical Activity Wavier are required. Registration for this event will open on Monday, October 6, at 10:00 AM.
