🌙 Monthly Sound Bath & Gentle Relaxation Evening

Unwind in our beautifully soothing yoga studio, in the heart of Beeston, Nottingham. We'll begin with gentle stretches and calming breathwork to release tension, then drift into deep relaxation as the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other sacred instruments wash over you.

Afterwards, enjoy a few moments of peaceful silence before we share herbal tea, a sweet treat, and time for a friendly connection.

This nurturing 75-minute session is designed to melt away stress, support better sleep, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.
Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate — book your mat now and gift yourself an evening of pure calm and rejuvenation.

After Dec. Sessions will run on the last Sunday of every month.
Price is only £18
