Our meditation classes on Monday evenings (7 – 8.15pm) are suitable for everyone, but are particularly helpful for those interested in learning more about Buddhist meditation and practice.
Each class is self-contained and on a drop-in basis, but attending the whole course may help in gaining a deeper understanding of the practice.
“ If our mind is peaceful, we will be happy all the time, regardless of external conditions, but if it is disturbed or troubled in any way, we will never be happy, no matter how good our external conditions may be.”
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso: How to Transform Your Life
In this six week course we will explore everything we need to cultivate and maintain a peaceful mind, including a comprehensive explanation of how everyone can establish a successful meditation practice.
This series of meditation classes is suitable both for those new to Buddhist meditation and those more familiar with the practice.
