This lively six-week course offers a practical and inspiring introduction to Buddhist practice within the Triratna Community. Youโll get a real taste of Buddhism and discover how the Buddhaโs down-to-earth advice can bring greater contentment, purpose, and fulfilment into everyday life.
Across the course, weโll guide you through four meditation practices, share the story of the Buddha, and explore his teachingsโalways connecting them back to your own experience and the challenges of the modern world. Through short talks, guided meditations, and small-group discussions, we will explore the real-world effects of applying ancient wisdom directly to our lives today.
