UoN Empower Week: Learn to Play Volleyball
Location: Sports Hall C, David Ross Sports Village
Date: Thursday 5th March, 5.45-6.30pm
Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying UoN Students and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people. Empower offers a safe, inclusive and judgement-free space to exercise amongst fellow women, trans and non-binary students and help you find your active!
On the 5th of March, come and try volleyball - all abilities welcome and encouraged! Our friendly student coaches will teach you the basics, run fun mini-games and guide you through the rules of the game!
As a thank you for coming to an Empower event, you'll receive a FREE Empower Tote Bag for attending 1 event, and a FREE Empower T-shirt for attending 3 events.
