UoN Empower Week: Life of a Showgirl Spin Class

Location: David Ross Sports Village, Spin Studio (1st Floor)

Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at UoN and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people.

On the 20th of October, spin like a showgirl and bring the vibes! Welcoming all abilities, complete beginners are encouraged!
