Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at UoN and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people.

Whether you're an elite dancer or a newbie, this event is perfect for anyone looking to learn some new dance moves.
