Perfect for those who want to dip their toes into flips & dynamics, but don’t know where to start! We will start small with some baby flips, and try a range of different types of flippy mechanisms. You
will leave feeling less intimidated by flips, and more in touch with your inner ninja!

Workshop #2
2 - 3.30pm ~ Fonji Fundamentals

Designed for those at the first stages of their Fonji journey. We will break down a Fonji into 3 sections; then consider the bio mechanics and practice coordination exercises for each section, before linking it all together. You’ll leave understanding a Fonji inside out, and knowing exactly what you need to work on to strengthen and improve it, even without a spot!

Workshop #3
4 - 5.30pm ~ Power Spin Your Heart Out

Breaking down the fundamentals of flight. In this workshop, we’ll look at different power spins & phoenixes, studying the different kinds of momentum generation and continuation. You will leave armed with a heightened understanding of power spin physics.
