Join us on Tuesday evenings 7:15-8:15pm for an hour dedicated to finding happiness within.
Each class is self-contained and on a drop-in basis, but attending the whole course may help in gaining a deeper understanding of the practice.

Oct: 7th, 14th, 21st, Term Break Oct 28th
Nov: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Dec: 2nd, 9th, 16th Term Break until January 6th

The classes are offered in-person on Tuesday evenings (7:15-8:15pm) at the Sports Pavilion on West Park (newer building by the car park, not older pavilion currently under renovation)
Cost £7 (free for members).
Booking not essential, payment can be made on arrival (cash or card).
