Have you ever wanted to take a ballet class and think it’s too late? It is never too late at Lady Bay Ballet, we have been welcoming new dancers into our studio for the past 11 years!
We welcome adults of any age, experience into a warm - friendly- fun environment!

The pace of our one hour beginner class is steady with lots of time to explore exercises through repetition and exploration.
Taking weekly ballet class can be fantastic for your body & mind. It helps to keep you supple, you will also improve, balance, core strength, posture, musicality, spacial awareness, muscle tone/ memory & flexibility just to a name a few!

Our classes at Lady Bay Ballet are extremely friendly, encouraging & have been created just for you, come and see what ballet class can do for you!

Walk-in friendly & pay as you go.
