The Bachata:U solo class is a focused environment for dancers who want to refine how they move, build technique , develop resources and increase confidence that is visible alone but also translates well to partnerwork.
Here, we slow things down, examine the details most classes rush past, and give you the time required to create real, lasting change that is personal and intimate to you.

To protect the learning experience and allow space for quality feedback, the group is limited to a maximum of 30 dancers.

🧩 SESSION DESIGN 🧩
Each week we work with the particular musical sections of a song and evolve it together, allowing progress to compound rather than reset.
Hour 1 → Footwork Mechanics & Control
Step placement, weight transfer, energy transfer, posture, rhythm and stability. The aim is to limit inconsistencies and build a personal connection to your own movement.
Hour 2 → Layering & Expression
Once the base is organised, we introduce the body and intention. You decide how deeply you want to explore, while always maintaining the quality from Hour 1.
This structure allows newer dancers to build safely and experienced dancers to challenge themselves and refine at a high level.
