Abbie Wood Olympian Swim Clinic

We’re pleased to announce multi Olympic Finalist Abbie Wood will be holding a second day swim clinic on butterfly in Nottingham.

The clinic will consist of the following:
2 x 90 min swim sessions led by our international coaching staff with Abbie in the pool showing you her drills and skills, starts and turns

2 x 45 minute dry land sessions ran by Jo Cadden from Youth Sport Institute, Jo’s a former competitive swimmer, over 25 years in the swim, health & fitness industry

2 x 45 minute mindset workshops with Rich Cadden
NLP Mind Coach
Former 2 x world champion
Performance mind coach & guest speaker for London 2012 Olympic swimmers
