This will be a 3 day wheeling event at Uwharrie National Forest

Club Guided Trail Ride at Uwharrie National Forest, NC
Free club decals for all attendees.
you must be experienced for this guided ride.
1. you must have a GMRS radio with you for communication. you should have a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
2. there is no alcohol permitted on park property.
3. Please bring lunch and sodas or water
4. a complete set of recovery gear is necessary for this trip. your jeep should be lifted, have a winch, tree hugger, tow strap. you should be on at least 35" tires.
LIABILITY WAVER:
East Coast Krawlers, LLC ("the club") hosts various off roading events and other recreational activities throughout the year.
You, as an attendee of a club sponsored event hereby agree that your presence on the property used for the purpose of any event held by the club involves risk to my person and property and/or property of others in my possession or others attending the event. I also understand that the events may be hazardous and that this further enhances the risk of damage and/or personal injury.
I also, in recognition of the hazardous nature of my participation in any event held by the club voluntarily release the East Coast Krawlers, LLC, their officers, directors, members, partners and their assistants.
(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: East Coast Krawlers, LLC as the activity holders, and/or their directors, employees, or sponsors.
(B) I ALSO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE East Coast Krawlers, LLC as the activity holders, and/or their directors, employees, and/or sponsors from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of East Coast Krawlers, LLC, another participant, myself or otherwise.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND KNOWING THE CONTENTS THEREOF, I VOLUNTARILY SIGN BY READING OR PHYSICALLY SIGNING THIS RELEASE AND ACKNOWLEDGE MY ASSUMPTION OF RISK FOR INJURIES TO MY PERSON OR PROPERTY AND/OR THE PROPERTY OF OTHERS IN MY POSSESSION.
