SomaSound: Somatic Breathwork and Sound Healing in Hammocks

Float into stillness and reconnect with your body in SomaSound — a deeply immersive experience combining somatic breathwork and crystal sound healing.
This 60-minute journey begins with guided somatic breathwork designed to release tension, awaken inner awareness, and regulate the nervous system. As your body begins to unwind, you’ll be invited to recline fully into a silk hammock, allowing the sensation of weightlessness to deepen your relaxation.
From this cocoon of safety and surrender, you’ll be guided into a meditative sound healing journey featuring crystal singing bowls, curated to balance energy centers, calm the mind, and soothe the spirit. The vibrations will wash over you as you float — suspended between earth and sky.
