This session is for anyone who would like more tips, techniques and resources that they can do on their own, to help regulate their nervous system. We will co-regulate together, with physical practises from different modalities. breath work, discussion around how we resource ourselves, and self-care practises that play a huge role in nervous system regulation and managing anxiety.
The session is suitable for anyone who feels overwhelmed, anxious, unsettled, ungrounded, or who would just like a reminder of the tools we have available to us all the time, so that you can feel empowered, inspired and positive. No experience required other than being a human!
* I am offering a tiered payment system so that this 'work' is not just reserved for those who can afford it. This sliding scale operates on a trust basis:
£30 ~ helps me subsidise the lower cost places
£25 ~ standard price, for those with 'normal' income
£15 ~ low household income
2 x pay what you can spaces, for those with no household income
