Project Connect- Songwriting Workshop

Welcome to the Norwich Project Connect Day! This is a day designed for 16-25 year-olds to get involved in some FREE creative workshops and connect with other young people. 

Join us on Sunday 6th July at 2pm for a songwriting workshop at Stones Vintage, Norwich. This workshop will be run by a local musician, Aphra! All abilities are welcome from beginners to more seasoned songwriters/instrumentalists. You will be spending time learning how to write your own lyrics, come up with a melody and, with the help of Aphra, hear your song in action 🎶

Feel free to bring along your instrument on the day but don't worry if you don't have one, as Aphra will be on hand to provide a backing track for the final creations!

What is project connect?

Project Connect is a youth-led initiative co produced by four 16 - 25 year olds in partnership with EP Youth, Norfolk County Council and various other organisations. Our mission is to help tackle youth loneliness and isolation across Norfolk by promoting connection, visibility, and opportunity for young people through shared spaces, skill building, and community.
