This workshop gives you the space to pause, look back at your personal growth, celebrate your wins, release what no longer serves you, and set aligned goals for the year ahead. Together, we’ll create a supportive and uplifting environment where you can connect with like-minded people who value reflection, wellbeing, and positive change.
No Journaling experience neccessary!
