This Christmas feels very different to previous years for me…lighter, more comfortable, more in control and actually enjoying it rather than writing it off and promising myself I’ll “start again in January”. And that’s exactly why I’m so excited about what we’re heading into next.

Current members will be receiving their brand new book on 30th December and then the following week I’ll be running our Back to Basics Reset Talk…bringing everything together so you know exactly how to use it and feel confident moving forward. There is some new terminology too, so we’ll be learning it together and navigating the updates as a group from the very beginning.

My Drayton, Norwich Slimming World group meets every Wednesday at 5:30pm and 7:30pm and it’s a warm, welcoming space full of people who genuinely support each other and want to feel their best.
