Heritage Open Days: RNLI at 200 (U)

The RNLI is proud to be taking part in Heritage Open Days 2025, with a series of unique opportunities for the public to celebrate the RNLI’s lifesaving history.

Celebrate over 200 years of the RNLI with a day of films, entertainment and hands-on activities at Cinema City.

The day will include;
- Films showcasing the RNLI’s lifesaving work (at 10am and 11.30am)
- Live music performances from Jon-Claire-Bob (12:00am–12:30pm), Dove & Boweevil Band (1:00pm–1:45pm) and John Fennell (3:30pm–4:00pm)
- Stop-motion animation workshops (at 11am and 2pm)
- Family fun with origami boat making, colouring, and tabletop games.

There’s even a chance to meet RNLI Mascot Stormy Stan!

This is a free ticketed event.
