FLOW DANCE MEDITATION - Little Lifts Community Club

Come and join us and Feel Soul Good at John Lewis Norwich for FLOW DANCE MEDITATION from 11:30 - 14:00.

FLOW DANCE MEDITATION is a dynamic practice that combines the fluidity of movement with the mindfulness of meditation. It involves moving your body in a spontaneous and unrestricted way, allowing your movements to be guided by the rhythm of the music and the sensations within your body.

'Flow Dance Meditation takes you on a journey that will CONNECT you more deeply with yourself, MOVE and shift your energy, so you can RELEASE what is no longer serving you and find your own unique FLOW. '

This event is for people who have received a Little Lifts Box for primary breast cancer. There will be an opportunity to enjoy free refreshments after the session and connect with other people in the community.
