As we move into early autumn, give yourself the gift of slowing down. This Sunday afternoon session is a chance to release the busyness of the week, breathe deeply, and let sound carry you into a state of deep calm.
Join us on Sunday 28th September at 4:30 PM at St Margaret’s Church Hall, Old Catton for a soothing sound bath. The gentle tones of gongs and singing bowls will guide you into rest, helping your body and mind reset and restore balance.
