Dance and Movement Session

In association with Compass Dance we will be starting Dance and Movement sessions on the first Thursday of each month, starting on Thursday 5th February 1.30pm – 2.30pm.

Movement to music is an excellent way to keep fit, be it seated or standing. These sessions are designed to be accessible for people living with sight loss and staff and volunteers will be available to provide support as required.

All sessions will be held at our Bradbury Activity Centre in Norwich and are free to attend.

Vision Norfolk runs clubs and activities across the county for people living with sight loss. We also provide other services including equipment centres, community outreach, eye clinic support, independent housing, telephone befriending and specialised support for children and young people.
