Artfirmation Art Flow Workshop

Join us for a playful and inspiring day of creativity where we’ll blend colour, words, and mindfulness.

🌞 Morning Session: Free Flow Painting (run by Artist Mel Rossiter)

We’ll begin with gentle warm-up exercises to loosen up and connect with your creative side. Using watercolours, pastels, colouring pencils, and pens, you’ll explore abstract painting in a relaxed, expressive way no rules, just joyful colour and flow.

🌸 Afternoon Session: Mindful Calligraphy & Hand Lettering (run by Sophie The Letterer)

After lunch, we’ll shift into the beauty of letters with mindful calligraphy. Together, we’ll explore creative hand lettering, writing affirmations withprofessioanl brush pens, helping us gently let go of what no longer serves us, or welcome in more of what we need and wish to attract.

💖 This day is about play, expression, and nourishment for the soul. Absolutely no experience required, just bring your curiosity and an open heart ready to create and release.
