Step into the shadows of history as the Norwich Historical Society presents the Antient Ghosts of Norwich Tour, featuring this year’s haunting theme: Revolutionary Ghosts.
By lantern light, guides will lead you through the Historic Norwichtown Burial Ground where spirits of the past still linger. Meet the restless souls of Norwich’s Revolutionary War era, soldiers, patriots, and townsfolk whose sacrifices, struggles, and secrets shaped the birth of our nation. Their stories of courage and conflict come alive against the backdrop of Norwich’s oldest burying grounds, where whispers of the past echo through the night.
Join us for an evening of history, mystery, and spine-tingling tales as we honor Norwich’s Revolutionary heritage in a truly unforgettable way. This year we will again have food trucks and vendors on the green. More information forthcoming about becoming a vendor.
We will be doing 5 adult tours (6:00, 6:20, 6:40, 7:00 and 7:20) and 1 children's scavenger hunt (5:00) this year. Tickets will go on sale soon, so keep an eye open!
