Julia Gerace is a musician, personal trainer, nutrition coach, Reiki Master, and founder of Soundbath and Beyond (www.soundbathct.com). Julia will immerse us in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, helping us restore balance and harmony in both body and spirit.

Bring your own yoga mat!

Parking is free on Sundays and offered in front of Unity or across the street in the "Main Lot".
