Join us for a restorative Chair Yoga practice led by Ilya Levitin of Dancing Mudras Yoga, designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. This unique session is open to all experience levels, body shapes, sizes, and ages, offering a welcoming space for everyone to move, breathe, and reconnect.

Through gentle, mindful movement and guided chakra alignment, participants will be supported in releasing tension and cultivating renewed energy. The experience is enhanced by the soothing resonance of live cello music, creating an atmosphere of deep peace and relaxation.
