Gong Bath - 28th January

Experience a deeply relaxing Gong Bath Sound Healing & Gong Meditation in an intimate, candlelit setting at a rural farm hall. The soothing vibrations of the Gongs, combined with the peaceful surroundings of the countryside, create a perfect environment to unwind and recharge. This cosy hall will have limited spaces, offering a unique opportunity to relax deeply in the stillness of nature, as the gentle sounds wash over you. It’s an evening designed to bring calm and balance, allowing the sounds to guide you into a peaceful state of rest and rejuvenation. Let the soothing sounds guide you back to a sense of balance, as nature's call invites you to reconnect with your true self in this magical setting. Your role in this event is to passively receive vibration, which means all you have to do is close your eyes and simply allow the sound of the Gong and other instruments to glide through you.

This is not an event for children as the instruments can get too loud for them. Pregnant women in the middle and last trimester only. Gong Baths are not recommended if you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health issues, sound sensitive issues, have metal implants/pacemakers or on heavy medications.
