Suitable for anybody who can easily lower themselves on to the floor and lay in passive holds using an array of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets. You’ll be invited to settle into each pose for up to five blissful minutes, allowing the body to fully surrender and the mind to ease into deep tranquility. No trembling legs, complicated stretches or gritted teeth! Because the postures are held for an extended, comfortable duration, you’ll have the space to notice subtle shifts in your body, mind, and breath, cultivating a restorative hug.
