Meditation in Nature

Saturday 30th 10-11am I am holding dice for Meditation in the beautiful countryside at Oakwood Marina in Davenham. This is a weekly event where a small group of ladies come together and practice the art of meditation to help silence the mind & pop us into the present moment. A gorgeous way to start your weekend or finish off the summer holidays. My exchange for this is £20 in which you receive a small gift and an hour of utter peace by guided Meditation.
