In this slow-paced, deeply meditative session, you’ll move through long-held Yin poses (3-5 minutes) to gently stretch connective tissues, improve joint mobility, and enhance flexibility. Complementary Restorative poses, supported by bolsters, blankets, and props, allow the body to fully relax, promoting deep rest and recovery. The combination of these two modalities creates a sacred pause—a rare opportunity to release stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance in a fast-paced world.
