Story time: Connect/Connection have a special place for me as this is where my somatic journey began. When I was at my lowest, lost, uncertain where to turn, how to continue in life, felt like i had none around, questioned everything, why, why me, I ruminated on how to navigate my lifes challenges... I found somatics.

I was not ready for the journey it took me on, and continues to do so. If you too, are going through the feels, I would love to be next to you on your jounrey.
