Running throughout February, this daytime class is designed to introduce you to yoga if you're a complete beginner or refresher and would like the opportunity to learn at a slower pace. Join for the 4‑week series or drop in to suit, this class is designed for anyone who’s ever felt “not flexible enough,” self‑conscious about their body, or simply unsure where to start a yoga practice.
With a small‑group setting (max 6 students), you’ll move at a relaxed, deliberate pace—no rapid flows, no pressure to keep up—allowing you to explore each pose fully, breathe deeply, and build confidence step by step.
Drop in £10.00 or book for the whole series and reduce the ticket price to £9.00 per class.
Please note: This class may not be appropriate for individuals with severe physical restrictions or those who require extensive individual adjustments throughout the practice.
This course of 4 sessions is a gentle invitation to explore movement and breath in a way that feels safe and accessible. We will focus on foundational postures and breathing techniques, creating a steady rhythm between body and mind, perfect for easing into practice without pressure.
