Adolescence is a time of big shifts – in who you are, your friendships, and how you see the world. It's normal to feel a little lost, anxious, or sad when things change.
This 4-week art therapy group offers a safe and creative space to explore these feelings, understand yourself better, and build resilience as you grow.

3. To develop self-awareness and self-compassion amidst personal growth and change.
4. To learn and apply art-based coping strategies for managing the emotions associated with identity shifts and loss.
