Getting Your Garden Ready for Winter

Nancy will demonstrate the modern, ecological approach to cleaning up your fall garden including which perennials to cut back and which to leave up for the winter. Learn why you want to leave the leaves and what to do with them to help enrich your garden and offer "soft landings" to pollinators under trees. Nancy will share techniques to protect your plants over the winter. While in the gardens, we will scout for late pollinators and see which plants are still blooming late in the season.
