Corpse Pose: A Spooky Practice of Letting Go

Halloween is the season of shadows, ghosts, and the things we fear most. And what’s scarier than death itself? In yoga, this fear has a name: abhiniveśaḥ, the clinging to life that is present even in the wisest of us.

In this workshop, we’ll explore death through practice. We’ll begin with journaling and meditation on fear, move through a fiery flow that mirrors the cycle of life, and finish with an extended savasana, corpse pose, supported by hands-on assists. You’ll leave with tools to face fear, let go more deeply, and maybe even laugh with the ghosts of your own mind.
