The Space Between
On the eve of spring, we gather in community—to share meaningful ritual, to sing, to embody rhythm, to dance, and to rest deeply.
This is an invitation to drop into the still pool within, to reconnect—with ourselves, each other, and something greater.
From the structured, meditative rhythms of TaKeTiNa to the open, expressive freedom of Ecstatic Dance, you’ll be guided through a journey of deep listening, connection, and embodied discovery.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else to support your comfort and warmth during the restorative sound journey.
What You’ll Experience:
TaKeTiNa (as developed by Reinhard Flatischler): A rhythmic meditation that opens deep internal pathways, grounding you in the body while expanding your consciousness.
Ecstatic Dance: A freeform, somatic dance journey that allows emotion and energy to move and release.
Deep Rest: An immersive sound healing experience to soothe, restore, and integrate.
No experience required. Open to all.
