LYRICAL INTAKE

Lyrical Intake is a live showcase curated by four emerging Melbourne artists ACP, Jordz, Kiid Koda, and M4RTHA bringing together lyricism, sound, and community on one stage.

This special event marks a collaboration with The GRID Series, a Melbourne-based artist development organisation supporting musicians from the outer suburbs through mentoring, song development, recording, visual storytelling, and live performance opportunities. Through this collaboration, Lyrical Intake highlights artists currently engaged in a carefully curated creative journey focused on growth, connection, and artistic integrity.

Across the night, audiences will experience genre-blending performances spanning hip-hop, electronic, R&B, soul, and experimental sounds — each artist presenting work that reflects their unique story, culture, and creative vision.

MEET THE ARTISTS

ACP (far right)

ACP is a hard-hitting freestyle rapper and lyricist of Fijian Indian descent, representing Melbourne’s South-East. With over a decade of experience in performance and dance, he continues to evolve his craft while actively pushing and supporting the local scene. One to watch.

JORDZ (middle left)

DJ, producer, and vocalist Jordz is a Melbourne-based creative immersed in the melodic/progressive house and indie-dance scene. Known for her dynamic energy, Jordz uses music as a tool to bring people together and create positive impact across all spaces she enters.

KIID KODA (middle right)

Kiid Koda is an expressive MC with melodic flows shaped in stillness and intention. Melbourne-raised with Mauritian roots, his sound is raw, versatile, and guided by something deeper — moving to his own frequency.

M4RTHA (far left)

M4RTHA is a Melbourne-based artist and professional model, drawing from her South Sudanese heritage to shape a soulful, genre-blending sound. A self-taught vocalist, she fuses Afro-swing, R&B, and soul into a warm, rhythmic wave of new music.
