We will gather to immerse into joy of singing together and have dinner. Guided by relaxation breathing techniques, vocal warm up and simple melodies.
Our ancestors evolved to eat together, cocreate and coregulate. In current world there's hyper emphasis on individualistic therapy, self-help, self-healing, self-regulation. But rarely space for coregulation, cocreation & collaboration. The later approach was in practice in our ancestors for hundreds of thousands of years. Our nervous system eventually evolved to feel sense of safety, belonging, purpose, meaning, deep sense of joy and fulfilment in coregulatory approach. In an age of isolation and individualism, it's an attempt to gather together create sound, art and play together.
Come join with a dish to share and your voice to create a warm soundscape together. No singing or musical experience necessary. Bring a cushion, bring a friend and let’s sing together.

Gate opens at 6.45pm and the dinner starts from 7pm. We sing afterwards.
