Sing It Up is an opportunity not to be missed!
Give yourself the chance to sing to an audience you invite, in a supportive family atmosphere we create.
Receive coaching to assist the development of your singing confidence, your physical health and your mental health.

● Physically improve the health of your body by learning to better your breathing control.
● Learn ways to manage the thoughts that can limit the freedom to sing and produce negative output.
