Release & Renew

A one day retreat in the new Wellness Studio at Castle Ashby. A day of gentle movement, therapeutic hot stones with restorative release poses. Ear acupuncture or acupressure to balance the nervous system and find deep relaxation to calm the busy mind. A nature walk and forest bathing before lunch.
