Free Pop-Up Classic Hatha Yoga Class!

We're offering a free, all levels, "slow flow" type Yoga Class (donations welcome!) at the gorgeous Child's Park in Northampton! Meet us, by the flower gardens, across from the YMCA, at high noon!
Help Tim dust off his teaching skills, and enjoy a free class, outside, on a lovely fall day!
We will have some props/yoga mats for folks, but please bring any yoga mats, blankets, yoga props you'd like - or do yoga on the lovely earth.
