In the session youโll explore a range of practical breathing techniques:
๐ฌ Anatomy & physiology โ learning not only to engage the diaphragm fully for efficient oxygen exchange, but also how to employ other respiratory muscles to take a FULL breath.
๐ Extended exhales & breath holds โ calming the nervous system and improving control
๐จ Pranayama โ yogic techniques to easily lengthen and direct the breath
๐ฟ Japa โ using mala beads. Repetition to anchor the mind & connect breath with intention
๐ง Yin & Yoga Nidra โ integrating the techniques in stillness
